Manufacturing Intelligence. In Motion.
Your Factory. Connected. Intelligent. Optimised.
Qynetic is a modular manufacturing intelligence platform. It connects machines, metrology, quality, tooling, planning and maintenance, finds the problem that matters most, and moves your factory from connected and visible toward predictive and self-correcting — safely.

The problem is not a lack of data
Factories already have machines, gauges, spreadsheets and systems full of data. What is missing is the layer that connects them and says what matters.
Fragmented
Machines, metrology, quality, tooling, planning and maintenance live in separate systems from different vendors.
Reactive
Problems are found after scrap, after a stop, or after a customer asks. The cause sits in a different system from the symptom.
Hard to trust
AI promises answers, but in manufacturing an answer must come with evidence — and must never move a machine on its own.
Connect. Understand. Predict. Optimise.
Qynetic is built around a loop that takes a factory from visibility to action.
01 Connect
Normalise data from machines, inspection devices and enterprise systems into one canonical model, with provenance for every value.
02 Understand
Explain what is happening — quality drift, OEE losses, tool condition — with evidence rather than a bar in a chart.
03 Predict
Anticipate what happens next: capability loss, tool replacement, the next unstable process.
04 Optimise
Recommend the best action and, only within validated, human-authorised limits, act on it.
Factory Director
Open Qynetic and see the problem that matters most.
Factory Director coordinates specialised agents for quality, tooling, process control, instructions, OEE, planning and maintenance, and reasons across the whole factory. You do not search dashboards: it surfaces what needs attention first, with the evidence behind it.
- Prioritised by severity and confidence
- Every recommendation links to its evidence
- Recommend-only: never commands machinery
- Approval workflow for anything outside limits
Qynetic is a modular core that consumes normalised manufacturing events and entities regardless of their source, with specialised agents and modules on top, and safety boundaries between AI reasoning and physical control.
One platform. Modules you license as you need them.
Quality, APC, Tool Manager, CIM, OEE, Planner and Maintenance are modules of one platform on a shared manufacturing model — not separate applications.

AI, safely
AI may reason. AI must not control machines.
The path from insight to action is deliberately layered. Everything after the AI step is deterministic and testable, and the default is to deny.

Anything outside authorised limits requires human approval. Values outside absolute bounds are rejected and cannot be approved. Control runs near the machine, so losing the cloud cannot create unsafe behaviour.

What is MTConnect?
MTConnect is an open, royalty-free standard that gives data from manufacturing equipment a common vocabulary. What it is, how an agent and adapter work, and what it can and cannot do.

Common questions
What is Qynetic?
Qynetic is a modular, multi-tenant manufacturing intelligence platform. It is designed to sit between machines, metrology, quality systems, tooling, planning, maintenance, enterprise systems and AI, and to turn their data into understanding, prediction and — within validated limits — safe optimisation.
What problem does Qynetic solve?
Manufacturing data is fragmented across machines and systems, so causes that span domains — for example tool wear that causes dimensional drift — are hard to see. Qynetic normalises that data into one model and surfaces the most important issues with evidence, so people do not have to search dashboards.
Is Qynetic an OEE tool, an MES or an AI chatbot?
None of those on its own. OEE, quality, tooling, instructions, planning and maintenance are modules of one platform on a shared manufacturing model, coordinated by Factory Director. It is designed to work alongside MES and ERP systems rather than replace them outright.
Who is Qynetic for?
Discrete manufacturers with demanding quality requirements — for example precision machining and medical device manufacturing — that run machines, measurement and enterprise systems from several vendors.
What is Factory Director?
Factory Director is the orchestration layer that coordinates specialised agents (quality, APC, tooling, CIM, OEE, planning, maintenance) and presents prioritised, evidence-backed recommendations about the whole factory.
How does Qynetic help improve Cpk?
Qynetic does not improve Cpk by itself. It computes capability and drift from measurement history and correlates them with tool, program, machine and material, so engineers can find and fix the cause faster.
