What we collect
When you join the waitlist we collect:
- Your email address (required)
- Your name, company and role (optional)
- The topics you are interested in (optional)
- The language and page you signed up from
- A record of your consent: its wording version and when you gave it
- A one-way hash of your IP address, used only to limit abuse and not to identify you
Why and on what basis
We use this data to contact you about Qynetic's launch and availability. The legal basis is your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)). The abuse-prevention hash is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not use cookies and does not use analytics or tracking tools. Your preferred language is read from your browser's Accept-Language header and is not stored.
Who processes the data
The website is hosted on Vercel. Waitlist data is stored in a Supabase database hosted in the EU (Stockholm). These providers process data on our behalf under their own data processing terms; they may process limited technical data (such as request logs) outside the EU/EEA.
How long we keep it
Until you withdraw your consent, or until the data is no longer needed for the purpose it was collected for.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, have it corrected or erased, restrict or object to processing, receive it in a portable format and withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting earlier processing. To exercise a right, contact us using the details above. You may also complain to the supervisory authority: in Sweden, Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten (IMY).
