Qynetic Factory Memory
What is Factory Memory?
Factory Memory is structured manufacturing knowledge that links article, machine, program, tool, process, measurement, quality, intervention and result. It is a knowledge graph of what happened and what worked in your factory — not an AI chat history.
The problem it addresses
Hard-won knowledge — which machine made an article best, which offsets worked, what fixed an instability — lives in people's heads and is lost when they move on.
How it works
- 1Production history is stored as typed relationships with measured outcomes and full provenance.
- 2Questions such as 'what happened the last time we made this?' are answered from structured data.
- 3Corrective actions are linked to the problem they solved and the result that followed.
Capabilities
Article → machine → tool → result
A connected history instead of separate records.
Best-known strategy
Which machine, tooling strategy and offsets produced the highest Cpk.
Cause and fix
What previously caused instability and what corrective action solved it.

Common questions
Is Factory Memory the same as an AI assistant's memory?
No. It is structured, queryable manufacturing data with provenance. An assistant can use it, but it is not a log of conversations.
