Qynetic Planner
What does Qynetic Planner do?
Qynetic Planner plans production against real machine capability, tooling, quality state, maintenance windows, materials and inspection capacity, and is designed to adapt plans dynamically as actual factory conditions change.
The problem it addresses
Static plans assume the factory behaves as modelled. In practice tooling, quality and maintenance conditions change continuously and the plan quietly becomes wrong.
How it works
- 1Production orders, routing, capacity and dependencies are modelled alongside live factory conditions.
- 2Re-planning considers predicted tool replacement and maintenance windows together with the order schedule.
- 3Recommendations go through Factory Director so planners see the consequence before accepting a change.
Capabilities
Orders and routing
Production orders, routings and dependencies in one model.
Capability-aware
Machine capability, tooling availability and quality state as constraints.
Adaptive
Plans adjust when tooling, quality or maintenance conditions change.

Common questions
Does Planner replace my ERP?
No. Planner is designed to work alongside ERP and MES systems, consuming orders from them and adapting the shop-floor plan to actual conditions.
